We define ourselves as proud ambassadors of our local tradition. Every day we make homemade pasta (in Romagna you don't mess with certain things ...) pulled by hand as it once was. Just like all our desserts are handmade: cakes, pies, desserts, tiramisu, creme brulee, panna cotta, cheesecake and all the delicacies of our sweet paradise.
Every day, you can taste the traditional recipes of our land and our sea, thanks to a proposal of 3 first and 3 second courses, always fresh fish and many products chosen by our chef among the excellence of local producers: wines, oil, cheeses, vegetables and honey are in fact locally produced.
So rich in vineyards, the Rimini hills give life to wines renowned throughout Italy. Together with our sommelier Marco, we combine the best wines of the area and beyond, exclusively for the passion of offering you a unique service. You can also take advantage of the Bar service for an excellent aperitif or a delicious craft beer.
Sunday at Hotel Tabor is a special day. The sweet tooth will be happy to know that every Sunday breakfast is "for champions", enriched with freshly made crepes directly in the dining room, stuffed with jam, fruit and of course Nutella! strong>
Upon returning from the morning on the beach, you will find in the garden a very special Happy Hour with fresh cocktails and appetizers. At lunch, lasagna is a must, the “real” and hand-made one , according to the traditional Romagna recipe. In closing the Sunday cake! A feast for the eyes and the palate, each time with a new theme to discover: fruit, chocolate or ice cream, but always beautiful, scenographic and skilfully decorated. < br>
In the evening the dinner will be themed, to complete a Sunday like family.
Every week we organize exciting themed evenings and we have fun setting up the room, offering special menus or entertainment with music, dancing and games. In the Romagna evening you will taste the best of our tradition , the best recipes handed down by the Romagna grandmothers, the “Azdore”. Tagliatelle, cappelletti, grilled meats and the inevitable piadina with a wide selection of cold cuts and cheeses.
In the seafaring evening , fish will be the master, cooked by the expert hands of our staff dressed in a marine style as well as the restaurant, decorated for the occasion. Then there will be Latin night ... our favorite! A crackling Latin American night to taste the best of the Spanish and Mexican tradition with paella, sangria, tequila and of course ... dancing!
